Heart disease and stroke cause 1 in 3 deaths among women each year – more than all cancers combined. But we can change that because 80 percent of all cardiac events may be prevented with education and lifestyle changes.

Go Red For Women encourages women and their families to take action and live a healthier life. Let’s get started. Let’s unite. Together we are stronger and unstoppable. Join us at GoRedForWomen.org and at this year’s Go Red For Women Event.

This year’s event will feature the Johnson & Johnson Donate a Photo program. Through Donate a Photo, you can help the American Heart Association in three simple steps. First, download the donate a photo app. Second, choose the photo you want to donate. Third, upload a picture into the donate a photo app. It’s that easy! For every photo you donate, Johnson & Johnson gives $1 to the American Heart Association. That $1 helps provide CPR Anytime® kits for families in Northwest Arkansas, giving them the tools and training they need to help save lives. It takes 25 photos to provide a CPR Anytime® kit for a family and you can donate as many photos as you want, until May 2017.
